A bulletin has been issued to clarify the safety requirements, which relaxes the requirements for Frontal Head Restraint in some cases and removes the requirement to have a Race Radio Receiver.
These sprints are being held with the Club's regular Summer Series race meeting on Sunday 19 April.
The programme will consist of three sets of Dual Car Sprints followed by one set of Multi Car Sprints. If there is not enough interest in the Multi Car Sprints, they will be replaced by Dual Car Sprints.
The starting format for the Dual Car Sprints is up to three grids of six cars arranged in pairs. The first six car grid is started with a pair of cars starting followed five seconds later by another pair and followed by another five second the last pair. After a ten second delay, the second grid is started the same way. After another ten seconds, the third grid is started the same way.
The starting format for the Multi Car sprints is up to two grids of six cars. All six cars in the first six car grid start at the same time. After a 30 second delay, all six cars in the second six car grid start at the same time.
The DRAFT Supplementary Regulations have been approved and are now available.
